TinyStart is built on a simple principle: we want to know as little about you as possible. No accounts, no profiles, no ads, no selling data. Ever.

What we collect

• Task text. When you ask TinyStart to break down a task, the text you type is sent to our server and forwarded to an AI provider (OpenAI) to generate the steps. Task text is not linked to your identity and is not used to train AI models.
• Anonymous device identifier. A random ID generated on your device, used only to enforce the daily free limit. It contains no personal information and cannot be traced back to you.
• Waitlist email. If you joined our waitlist on the website, we store the email you submitted. We use it only to contact you about TinyStart and never share it.

What we do NOT collect

• No name, no account, no login
• No location, contacts, photos, or files
• No advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking
• No analytics that profile you

Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play and our payment partner (RevenueCat). We never see your card details. You can cancel a subscription anytime in your store account settings — and unlike some apps we could name, we won't make that hard.

Third parties we rely on

• OpenAI — processes task text to generate steps
• Supabase — hosts our backend and usage counters
• RevenueCat — manages purchases (when enabled)

Data retention & deletion

Task breakdowns are not stored on our servers after processing. Usage counters reset daily and contain only the anonymous device ID. To remove the waitlist email, contact us and we'll delete it within 7 days.

Children

TinyStart is not directed at children under 13.

Not medical advice

TinyStart is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, therapy, or medication.
